FOR ANY SPARRING A MEDICAL EXAMINATION ARRANGED BY THE CLUB WILL BE REQUIRED
Minors 5YRS to 10YRS
OUR CLASS IS DESIGNED TO TEACH THE YOUNGSTERS ALL THE BASICS THEY WILL NEED FOR EVENTUAL PROGRESSION TO THE JUNIOR CLASSES.
Juniors 11YRS – 17YRS (inc)
Our Junior training sessions are open to ages 11-16 and are for all abilities. Whether you’re coming to get fit or get in the ring you’ll be safe in the hands of expert team of coaches.
We’ll show you how to use all of the equipment and put you through your paces with a full 90 minutes of training. All you need is a comfortable pair of trainers all other equipment is provided.
Seniors 17+
The seniors group is also a mix of abilities from those who want to be Rocky to those just wanting to tone up. We’ll put you through a vigorous work out and teach you boxing technique and discipline.
Carded Boxers Sessions
If you want to box competitively you’ll have to first regularly attend the general sessions and when you’re ready to get in the ring you’ll get ‘carded’. This means you need to have a doctors assessment (done on site at once a year) and approval from London Boxing. Once you receive your card you’ll be able to compete against other carded athletes.
Our advanced sessions are for boxers who really want to get into the world of competitive boxing. These session are run by expert coaches who will refine you to compete across the country and the world.
